From the Isle of the Gods, these pyramid crystals have a fresh ocean flavour and satisfying crunch. The salt crystals are produced by a small family business in Cyprus using traditional methods. By heating up the brine slowly, they are able to create the large pyramid shaped crystals, which are then carefully harvested by hand.
Apart from their beautiful appearance, Cyprus white flake sea salt has a mild taste that works well as a finishing salt.
Sprinkle on fresh green salads, or use with an olive oil dip.
A perfect finishing salt for shortbread and canapés.
