Rosemary (Sicily)



From a natural reservoir in the extreme North West of Sicily, located between Trapani and Marsala, this sea salt is still harvested using traditional methods.
Rosemary Salt is a culinary blend of chopped organic rosemary and moist, crunchy Sicilian fior di sale sea salt.
This Sicilian sea salt has a fragrant yet mild flavour and is delicious served with lamb dishes, potatoes and focaccia (before baking).
Mixed with olive oil and used as a rub, Rosemary Sea Salt will enhance any dish.
