These organically grown Pink Peppercorns are harvested and dried in the sun in the autumn when the berries are soft. Pink Peppercorns are actually the berries of the Baie Rose tree.
Pink Pepper is best used with salmon or in fish soups and gives a sweet peppery taste (not hot at all).
These peppercorns have a beautiful rose colour, adding an elegant appearance to any cuisine.
Sprinkle on mango or soft cheeses.

To grind: due to the soft texture of the Pink Peppercorn, it is best to use a pestle and mortar
