Oak Smoked - coarse (Denmark)



The salt is produced by first evaporating seawater - a process which takes place in a vessel over an open fire of oak - a real, millennium-old Viking recipe. The resulting colour is that of shiny copper.
Incredible with poached eggs.
Toss with steamed vegetables, a squeeze of lemon juice and butter.
Takes tomato soup to a new dimension.
A must for finishing any white fish.
