Korean Bamboo



This salt which is harvested on the western coast of South Korea is rich in minerals and antioxidants and renowned for its health-giving properties.

Bamboo stems are filled with the sun-dried natural sea salt and then sealed with mineral-rich red clay, before being roasted in a pine wood kiln for 3-4 days.

Used as a seasoning for various dishes, such as chicken soup and beef-bone stews, this salt adds a deep richness to the flavour.
