Inca Sun (Peru)



From the Sacred Valley of the Incas this beautiful salt comes from a tributary to the Urubamba River, which feeds a spring located high in the Andes. The water seeps into terraced salt ponds, which have been hand-harvested for over 1,800 years.

The pale creamy pink crystals are complex and mild, with a resilient crunch.
Perfect for salads and seafood (especially pan fried trout) and unbelievable on sliced, ripe tomatoes.
