Hawaiian green bamboo salt is primarily used as a seasoning in Asian cuisine, particularly in sushi.
Beautiful in a salt dip, sprinkled on fruit salad, vegetables or crudités.
This finishing salt enhances the flavour of beef, poultry or fish dishes with its very special taste.
