Matcha - Ideal for many vegetable dishes and salads. It also lends flavour to baked or steamed fish.
Inca - Perfect for salads and seafood (especially pan fried trout) and on sliced, ripe tomatoes.
Balinese Pyramids - Sprinkle on tomatoes, avocados and even sweet dishes such as a tarte Tatin.
Kala Namak - Use in the preparation of raitas, yoghurt dishes, chaats and as a finishing salt to noodle dishes.
