Made using the dried and smoked fruits of Capsicum annuum, the Chipotle is a smoke-dried ripe red jalapeño chili pepper used in Mexican cuisine. Mix into guacamole and eat with tortilla chips or sprinkle onto tacos. This spicy and smoky chipotle sea salt is delicious served with chicken or fish and served with a crisp, fresh salad. Add to yogurt, lime juice, olive oil, coriander to make a delicious salad dressing.
