The mineral rich, unrefined French grey sea salt, harvested by traditional Celtic methods in the coastal area of Guérande, Brittany, is renowned for its exceptional quality and fine taste. It owes its light beige colour to the fine clay from the salt flats.
For a big burst of saltiness, add just before serving to boost the flavour of any dish.
Perfect for seasoning a fillet of fish.
Use in salad dressings, dipping oil for bread, or on French fries, or dust pastry dough with it when making savoury baked dishes.
A favourite French treat is fresh radishes dipped in Guérande.
It is the perfect mozzarella salt - despite being French!
