Divine selection of botanicals to infuse and garnish your gin and tonic cocktails.  Simply choose the botanicals you wish to experiment with, place them in one of the enclosed infusion bags, add to the gin and let them infuse for a couple of hours.  You only need a tiny amount of each botanical for a glass of gin.  Stir a few times during the infusion.  It's a good idea to taste fairly regularly so that you achieve the intensity you want.

Star Anise

A perfect fit to complement to Gin &Tonic, Star Anise offers a taste of aniseed and is sweet and slightly spicy. Finish with a powdering of cinnamon and a slice of orange.

Cinnamon

The hot and spicy aroma of cinnamon takes you on a journey to exotic destinations, whilst lending a nostalgic earthy tone and a taste of sweet liquorice. A sprinkle of cinnamon, and a slice of grapefruit – divine!

Orange

Enhancing your G&T with the zesty citrus notes of orange, will give an intense juniper flavour but with a well-balanced citrus note. Deliciously refreshing and perfect for summer, try adding blood orange juice and garnish with a slice of orange or a sprig of rosemary.
