African Pearls (Djibouti)



Djibouti Pearls come from the waters of Lake Assal in the Danakil Desert.

The salt harvesters wade into the waters, and scoop up these unique, naturally formed beautiful salt spheres.

Use in a goat cheese salad dressing, scatter on a lobster and citrus salad, Delightful on steamed snow peas.
For the wow factor use as a pearl on oysters.
